TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to purchases made through the Artwine EU2 online store. They do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

2. ORDERS AND PRICES
Product descriptions, availability, prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges are shown in the store or at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your checkout. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Estonia by Saperavi USA, LLC’s fulfillment partner. Saperavi USA, LLC remains the seller and your point of contact for questions about your order. Delivery estimates and available shipping options are shown at checkout. We will notify you using the contact details provided with your order if we become aware of a material delivery issue.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply. Depending on where you live and the product, you may have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within a legally specified period.
